Bent Over Row-1x10x60, 1x8x60, 1x6x60
1-Arm Row-2x15x20
Deadlift-3x10x60,
Bicep Cursl-1x8x20, 2x6x20
Concentration Curls-1x8x15, 2x6x15
Wrist Curls-3x10x10
Stretches and 5 min cool down on an inclined treadmill.
