Chest and Tri's
Tuesday is Chest and Tri's day
Pushups (non girlie) 3x8
Bench Press 1x12x40 lbs on the bar, 2x10x40, 1x8x40
Incline Press 4x10x20 lb DBs
Dips 1x8 (had to quite these prematurely, something going on with my right wrist)
Lying Tri Extentions 3x10x10 lb DBs
I did no cardio today, I was feeling really weak. I was not too happy with the workout today, my wrist is giving me so much trouble, I also had a hard time with the pushups but I worked through it. I think I've been spending too much time on the computer, I know that's what it is. Carpal Tunnel Syndrome...damn, that sucks.

Hey there just stumbled onto your blog while reading about BFFM. I'm currently attempting the program myself and doing a blog about it too.
Anyway, about your wrist. I used to have a bad left wrist. I've been a weight-lifter for years. Anyway, I used to be able to buy these velcro wrist wraps that really worked well for reducing the pain and discomfort. You could probably pick one up at Walmart in the sporting goods section.
