Shoulders Traps and Abs

Monday is Shoulders Traps and Abs day. I did a dumbell routine, no barbells for this one.

Shoulder Press 4x10x20lbs each DB
Upright Row 4x10x20lbs each DB
Lateral Raise 3x10x10lbs each DB (still so weak on these)
Front DB Shrug 3x12x20lbs each DB
Side DB Shrug 3x12x40lbs each DB
Crunches 3x15
Lying Leg Raises 3x10

I ended with 15 min of MIIT on an incline and a good stretch. I still feel so weak on most moves, I seem to plateau for awhile on weight progression...BUT...I shouldn't be too hard on myself, it wasn't too long ago that I was only doing 5 lb DB for these exercises! Must keep the negative thoughts out...bad thoughts out, good thoughts in.
